Jenny Reeger
Jenny Reeger is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Heritage House. She founded Heritage House in September of 2021 alongside her husband, Luke. Jenny has been serving pregnant mothers and infants at Heritage House since 2023, and is passionate about focusing on homeless prevention, trauma-informed care, and building a heritage for generations to come. Jenny has worked and volunteered in Pregnancy Support Services for over 13 years.
Jenny graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing. She has been married to her husband, Luke for over 14 years and they have 3 children together: Jude, Josie & Jack. Jenny is passionate about living a life of discipleship, freedom in Christ, and serving others in truth and love.
Co-Founder | Executive Director
Luke brings a thoughtful blend of creativity and discernment to his role as Board Chair of Heritage House. He has served in the Facilities, Planning & Construction department at the Texas Tech University System since 2013, where he works in software management, process improvement, and graphic design.
A Lubbock native, Luke graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Design and Communication. His strength in big-picture thinking and careful evaluation has shaped both his professional work and his approach to ministry leadership.
In 2021, Luke and his wife, Jenny, founded Heritage House with the desire to create a Christ-centered home for mothers facing unexpected pregnancies in difficult life circumstances. He is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus and serving others. Luke and Jenny live in Lubbock with their three children.

Abbie serves as the Marketing Manager at Tom’s Tree Place in Lubbock, Texas, a family-owned business where she developed a deep appreciation for horticulture and customer service from a young age. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication from Texas Tech University.
Deeply rooted in the Lubbock community, Abbie places a strong emphasis on faith and family. She and her husband, Cole, are the proud parents of three children—Cannon, Caroline, and Caden—and are active members of Trinity Church.
With a passion for supporting women and strengthening families, Abbie is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Heritage House. She firmly believes that “Children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward” (Psalm 127:3) and is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of providing essential life resources to mothers and their babies during and after pregnancy.

Sean graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2010 where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Since then, he has worked at Assist, Inc. where he provides tax planning and preparation for Ministers, Missionaries, and Churches. Sean is married to Lauren, who is a local farmer. They have three children, Everette and Everly. When not in the office, Sean enjoys spending his time with family, being outdoors, and competing in triathlons. The Monroe family is passionate about helping others and supporting Heritage House with their mission.

Jordan D Payne was born and raised in Idalou, TX. After graduating from Idalou High School, he attained a Biology degree from Abilene Christian University. Jordan got his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He has been practicing Dentistry for a decade here in Lubbock at Epperson Payne Dental Group.
Jordan married his wife, Taylor in 2019. They are active members at Monterey Church of Christ. They Payne’s have two children, Carter (2) and Scottie (1).
Jordan’s hobbies include spending time on the golf course, enjoying West Texas sunsets, traveling with his wife, grilling and smoking meats, and all aspects of being a new dad!!
Mission work and non profit organizations like Heritage House have a special place in Jordan’s heart. He is honored to serve on the Board!

Jordan Payne
Josh is married to his wife, Brenna Wilson. They have been married for 10 years and have 2 children: Knox (10) and Mia Belle (7). Josh is a Petroleum Landman and has been in the Oil & Gas industry for the last 11 years. He graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio in 2009 with a degree in Economics. When asked why he was passionate about serving at Heritage House, Josh said “I am passionate about serving at Heritage House because the Kingdom of Heaven is here and we have been commissioned to not only serve our own interests, but that of others. I can’t think of a better mission field than the one Heritage House has stepped into.”
