APPLY FOR OUR SERVICES AT HERITAGE HOUSE
Heritage House is currently accepting applications for our Fall 2026 Group of mothers and infants needing transitional housing. We are currently at capacity until September, but applying early is encouraged and you will be placed on a waitlist. Accepted applicants will move in around the end of September or early October of 2026.
Due to city requirements & fire safety code, our residents must meet the following requirements:
Residents must be 18 or older
Residents must be pregnant or have recently given birth
Residents must have no additional children needing housing (other than the baby she is carrying)
Residents must be drug and alcohol free (testing will be required)
Residents must be willing to participate in the program (more details will be provided during the interview process), respect the property and items given to them, and live with and respect other residents in the program and staff members/volunteers
We recognize that motherhood can be both beautiful and challenging, and that having someone walk alongside you during this season is incredibly important. At Heritage House, our goal is to serve as a steady and supportive presence—walking with mothers as they grow, heal, and build a strong foundation for themselves and their children. We seek to encourage independence, help break generational cycles, and support each family as they stand firm in faith and hope for the future.
If you feel that Heritage House may be a good fit for you, we invite you to complete the application form below to begin the process.
While our residential program may not be the right fit for everyone, we still desire to walk alongside mothers by offering support, encouragement, and available resources whenever possible. Whether you are completing another program, do not need housing, or are simply looking for additional assistance, we would love the opportunity to see how Heritage House may be able to help.
If you are seeking services or resources from Heritage House, please complete this form. Once your form has been reviewed, our Resident Support Manager will contact you to discuss your needs and any available support that we can assist with.
